SETUP MISSIONS
Setup mission payouts are not in this list below! Payouts for each of the setup missions for the non-leaders range from $15 000 to $26 000 each depending on the mission and the difficulty (e.g. The Pacific Standard Job Heist gives 26k per setup mission on Hard). Non-leaders also receive some small amount when they replay heist setup or final heist (can be about $2k-$5k depending on how far you reached). Heist leaders receive $0 on each Setup Mission on both counts, completion or replay.
The payouts below are the total reward you get for completing the heist BEFORE spreading the cut out to other heist members.
If you're the leader, have in mind that between the startup cost and the lack of setup payouts, the heist leader ends up earning about 100k to 150k less than the members (except for the Pacific Standard heist, that one's closer to 200k less)

LOOKING FOR HEIST PARTNERS?
If you look for Heists partners, don't post such messages on the Crew Wall on Social Club, it will be deleted!
Instead any heist partner requests are posted here at the forum thread maliciousintentt.boards.net/thread/11/heists-post-looking-partners
You are allowed to post on the Crew Wall on Social Club in case you want to organize a Heist Lobby.
To do so, just post a message on the crew wall at least 24 hours in advance, with exact start time. Then at the time, you need to host a "Closed Crew Lobby" and then wait for 15-20 minutes for crew members to join you. After that all people who gathered can decide how they split in different teams, who's the leader and which heists they want to do etc.
Alternatively you could also look for external Heist partners, on websites such as lfg-od.com/gta-lfg/xbox-one/
